Kathryn Franke Kitchens’ roots run deep in Arkansas. Born and raised in Little Rock, she comes from a long line of Arkansas natives. Her love for people and passion for hospitality stem from her upbringing in her family’s business, Franke’s Cafeteria, which proudly served the community for 100 years. Generations of Arkansans gathered around Franke’s tables, and Kathryn is proud to continue her family’s legacy of service—just in a different way.
Kathryn takes pride in treating her clients like family, building genuine connections, and creating a comfortable environment throughout the naturally stressful process of buying or selling a home.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Kathryn holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and brings years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical sales. She combines her professional background with her love of helping others and her deep knowledge of her home state to make every real estate experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Kathryn loves spending time with her husband and two children—whether it’s enjoying lake days, watching from the deer or duck woods, cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ games, or teaching fitness classes at the gym. She is also passionate about giving back and has been active in the Junior League of Little Rock, is a current member of the Twentieth Century Club, and attends St. James United Methodist Church.
Kathryn is passionate about helping her clients find their dream homes, making the selling process enjoyable, and would love the opportunity to assist with your real estate needs.
